Speaking and media
I speak, moderate and advocate for better conversations around women's sexual health, menopause and pleasure, on stages, in the media and within the communities shaping women's health.

I believe pleasure is a longevity practice.
We are all being handed more years. Most of the advice about those years is about what to give up. I am interested in what makes them worth having. Pleasure, intimacy, connection and desire do not retire, and our bodies, hormones and relationships evolve rather than simply diminish.
- Connect to your body. Your body isn't something to fix. It's something to listen to.
- Understand your pleasure. Pleasure is the pathway. You don't have to earn it first.
- Find your voice. If something in you whispers, I miss that part of myself, listen.
- Advocate for what you need. Saying it out loud, to a doctor or a partner, is a skill. It gets built one conversation at a time.
- Age with pleasure. Aliveness, agency and confidence, for as many years as you get.
